Schedule a convenient one-on-one session with us. We will work with you by telephone and e-mail. Before the session, we will send you a check-list and information packet so you will be completely ready to get the most from our time together. Each highly efficient session lasts about 30 minutes. We begin on time and end on time.

Some clients use this service to get ready for IEP meetings. Others use it to "get a handle" on the current IEP, determine what must be changed, and how to go about getting the changes. Our fee is an affordable flat rate, which any parent can afford. request more information —>


IEP Meeting Stand-By :

As a service to parents that we help prepare for IEP and other meetings, we will stand by the telephone in our office just in case a snag happens during the meeting. If you have a cell phone or if you can use a phone at the school, just let us know when the meeting is going to be held and we will be standing by with notes from your child's IEP and your meeting objectives. Education Record Analysis and Report :

We look at all of your child's education records for the last 2 school years. We look for errors and omissions, ways to improve the language for the specialized instructions and related services, make suggestions for the Present Levels of Educational and Functional Performance (PLOPs), and we give you a full report. The report is given to you by telephone conference, and a hard copy of our report is mailed or sent to you electronically. request more information —>

Due Process Preparation and Support :

Writing, Editing and Proofreading

The need for clear, effective letters and e-mail messages cannot be underestimated. We will take your drafts and coach you through getting a polished document when it counts. Our turn-around time for most letters and e-mail messages is 24 hours.

Other documents, such as formal requests for due process hearings, complaints, briefs, and memoranda take more time. Of course we will not write these documents for you from scratch.
